Art in Devotion, Colours is Celebration

Dear Residents,

We are delighted to announce that, for the first time, 4Sight Grand Castle Parivar is going to organise a Rongoli & Alpona Competition as a part of our Durga Puja celebrations. Rongoli and Alpona are an integral part of our rich Bengali tradition and culture. We invite all residents to participate enthusiastically and make this celebration colourful, creative and memorable.

Theme: Rongoli and Alpona in the Spiritual and Significant Spirit of Puja

Key Dates

• Registration last date: 13th October 2026
• Competition date: 15th October 2026, 8:00 PM onwards
• Venue: Near the Puja Mandap

Competition Categories

• Group A: 6 to 12 years – Rongoli / Alpona, size 2 ft × 2 ft
• Group B: 12+ to all – Rongoli / Alpona, size 3 ft × 3 ft

Rules

• The Committee will provide the acrylic colour.
• Participants must bring their own brush and other material.
• Some basic brushes and water pots will be provided.
• The decision of the judges will be final.

Prizes

There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in each group. Refreshments will also be provided to all participants.
