By accessing or using the 4sight Grand Castle Resident Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Association's Bye-Laws.
2. Eligibility
The portal is strictly for the use of verified property owners and authorized residents of 4sight Grand Castle. Management reserves the right to suspend accounts of non-residents.
3. User Conduct
Users agree not to post defamatory, offensive, or illegal content on community forums or ideation boards. Respectful communication is mandatory for all portal interactions.
4. Financial Transactions
All payments made through the portal (e.g., sponsorships, donations) are subject to verification. Refunds, if applicable, are handled as per the Association's financial guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property
All portal content, including images, design, and documents, is the property of 4sight Grand Castle Owners Association or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
